Role Summary
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers to join our clients team in Brisbane. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major system transformation within the insurance sector. We are looking for professionals who can bridge the gap between technical complexity and user understanding, ensuring our teams are fully equipped to excel on the Duck Creek platform. If you have a background in Group Insurance and a passion for facilitating high-impact learning, we want to hear from you.
1) What You Will Do:
- Develop comprehensive training content tailored specifically for the Duck Creek platform.
- Deliver engaging training sessions with a specialised focus on claims processes.
- Facilitate onsite training programs delivered in intensive two-week blocks.
- Utilise your deep understanding of Group Insurance to provide contextually relevant training scenarios.
- Collaborate with technical specialists to ensure all training materials align with system functionalities.
2) What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training content for the Duck Creek system.
- A strong professional background and understanding of Group Insurance.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate face-to-face training in an onsite environment.
- Expertise in claims management within a technical platform context.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
