Your New Role
Step into an Inside Sales Representative role, helping to grow the business by managing customer enquiries, providing quotes, and supporting clients. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email with a professional and friendly approach
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, and liaising with clients on products
- Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
- Keeping customers informed on order updates, delivery schedules, and availability
- Assisting with ad hoc sales support and office coordination as needed

About You
- Previous experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar role
- Ideally, experience selling pumps or industrial equipment, but not essential
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
