About the role
As part of our crew, you'll be key in making sure our projects look top-notch and are built to last. You'll tackle everything from prepping surfaces to applying protective coatings, all while keeping safety front and centre. What you will need
As this is a defence role, we are highly security conscious, so only apply if you have:
- Being an Australian citizen or a permanent resident with a successful citizenship est score and ceremony date booked.
- Not having been born in an ITAR-listed country.
- A current police check (less than three months old) or the ability to obtain one
- Being able to pass a thorough medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
- Being clean-shaven for site requirements in line with fit testing and WHS standards
- Some experience in surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and various painting methods (brush, roller, spray).
- Being comfortable with all the gear and tools for the job.

Earn between $42.52 – $48.50 per hour (Can go higher for more experienced painter blasters), plus extra for penalties!
You'll be working a solid 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with optional paid overtime possible on weekends.
