Role Overview:
The procurement manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing, supplier management, commercial negotiations, and procurement execution activities in support of large-scale cloud infrastructure deployments across APAC.

Lead end to end procurement activities for infrastructure, networking, and data center deployment programs.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, budget targets, and delivery
schedules.
Manage supplier engagement, contract negotiations, RFIs, RFQs, and commercial evaluations.
Support procurement planning for TPUs, networking equipment, supporting racks, and related
infrastructure components.
Identify procurement risks, supply chain constraints, and long lead items, while developing mitigation
strategies.
Ensure alignment between customer requirements, site layouts, and procurement execution plans.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
7+ years’ experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management.
Experience supporting data center, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, or technology programs
preferred.
Strong knowledge of supplier negotiations, contract management, and procurement governance.
Experience working with ERP and procurement systems such as Oracle Procurement Cloud, SAP, or similar
platforms.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers, stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
