We are currently partnering with a large Government body to source a skilled HVAC Technician for a key facility maintenance role based at a prominent public hospital.
This position is initially offered as a Temp-to-Perm contract. Key Responsibilities
Working as part of the Facilities Management team, your duties will include:
Reactive and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems across the hospital campus.
Servicing cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and split systems.
Maintenance of essential refrigeration units and medical cooling storage.
Fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to clinical services.
Ensuring all work complies with strict health and safety (WHS) and government standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
Restricted Electrical Licence.
Full Australian Working Rights.
Valid Driver’s Licence.
The ability to pass a National Police Check and provide relevant vaccination records (standard for hospital site access).
