Love the smell of diesel and coffee at 3:00 AM? We’re looking for reliable HR Drivers who actually enjoy being behind the wheel. We’re a down-to-earth team in Mt Barker, and we’ve got more work than we can handle.
The Lowdown:
The Gear: You’ll be operating Side Arm, Rear, Front, and Hook lifts. (Haven't operated ? We’ll train you).
The Hustle: Commercial bin collections, basic rig maintenance, and keeping your cab mint. Note: This isn't just a "sit and steer" job—you’ll be getting out of the cab to manually manoeuvre and position bins to get the job done
The Hours: 8–12 hour shifts. Early starts are standard, and weekend overtime is there for the taking.
The Vibe: We value safety, a solid work ethic, and a sense of humor—because let’s face it, 3:00 AM is easier when you can have a laugh.
What You Bring to the Table:
The Ticket: Valid HR, HC, or MC license (minimum 12 months experience).
The Record: Clean driving history and a recent police clearance.
The Engine: High physical fitness and the ability to pass a medical/drug & alcohol screen.
The Basics: Your own ride to get to the depot and a "can-do" attitude.
