The Opportunity
We are looking for reliable Heavy Vehicle Drivers to join our operations in Multiple Locations. This role offers ongoing work with excellent flexibility and the chance to transition into specialised equipment operation. We value safety, physical fitness, and a proactive approach to manual handling.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Licensing: Current Heavy Vehicle Licence (MC, HC, or HR).
Experience: Minimum 12 months of operating experience in your license class.
Compliance: Ability to provide a Current Driver History Report and a National Police Clearance.
Drug & Alcohol: Must be able to pass a pre-employment screen and ongoing random D&A testing.
Forklift Licence: Highly desirable (but not essential).
What We Are Looking For
Safety First: A clean driving record and a high level of safety awareness.
Physical Fitness: Willingness to perform manual labour, loading, and restraining of goods.
Flexibility: Availability for early morning starts and some Saturday work.
Willingness to Learn: We are looking for drivers open to training on Front lift, Rear lift, Side lift, and Skip bins.
Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of heavy vehicles and securing of loads.
Conducting basic truck inspections and routine maintenance.
Manual handling and physical labour as required by the site.
Maintaining accurate logbooks and delivery documentation.
