Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll for approximately 250 employees across two awards and agreements.
Manage employee data through systems Dayforce and Workday.
Manage HR inbox and queries
Act as the key point of escalation for complex payroll issues.
Reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
Manual data entry
Role reports in to the HR Director
Key Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of award interpretation. Experience with working with Clerks and Road and Transport awards is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using various payroll systems; Workday and Dayforce.
Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Have worked in a HR team with basic generalist experience.
Comfortable managing challenging conversations and resolving payroll queries promptly and professionally.
