We are looking for a licensed Heavy Diesel Mechanic with expertise in heavy vehicles in a leading National Business in a central Western Sydney location.
This is a role working within a large workshop in a long standing team, strong focus on proactive maintenance and repairs you will be in charge of your own work load and work independently to ensure the trucks are safe and always operational.
- Monday to Friday, 12:00PM – 8:30 PM (Afternoon Shift)
- Performing proactive maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicles.
- Mechanical repairs experience in brakes, steering and suspension is required
- Diesel Mechanic license.
- MR/HR truck license (ideal but not required)
- Computer literacy to manage and track repairs using an IPad.
- Willing to pass a police check and a Drug and Alcohol test.
- Driver's Licence is essential to access the sites and potentially perform call outs or travel to other sites as required.
- A strong focus on safety, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a reliable work ethic.
