We are looking for a skilled leading hand / diagnostic specialist. This isn't just a "wrenching" job, You will be the technical heartbeat of our shop. you will oversee a team of techs and apprentices, ensuring the highest quality of repair work and tackle the complex diagnostics that come into our shop.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on light vehicles (Petrol & Diesel)
- Min 5 year's post apprenticeship, with real hands-on experience in diagnostics and repairs
- Carry out servicing and general repairs.
- Effective leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Support and lead our workshop team and help maintain a high standard of work
- Strong diagnostic ability with modern vehicle systems.
- Current drivers licence
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: A highly skilled mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair abilities
- Certifications: Cert III Light vehicle Mechanic
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and shop management systems
- Leadership: A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example under pressure.
