The Opportunity
As the Functional Delivery Lead, you will manage cross-functional teams and third-party providers to achieve program milestones. You will use coaching and Agile/Lean methods to empower your team while ensuring high-quality functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all functional development aspects of the SuccessFactors lens.
Translate business objectives into clear workstreams.
Manage implementation partner vendor budgets, forecasting, and cost-effectiveness.
Establish delivery governance, resource optimization, and progress reporting.
Handle complex stakeholder negotiations and provide expert advice to governance forums.
About You
SuccessFactors Expert: Mandatory experience leading large SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
Methodology Professional: Expert knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Waterfall delivery.
Strategic Leader: Proven ability to manage vendors and mentor cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Savvy: Skilled in navigating sensitive consultations with diverse groups.
