• Logistics & Operations:

  • Operating and maneuvering semi-trucks, including specialized heavy combination configurations (e.g., dog trailers), with expert precision.

  • Managing the complete cycle of loading and unloading freight, ensuring cargo securement and safety compliance.

• Compliance & Administration:

  • Meticulously maintaining accurate delivery records, including tracking quantities, timelines, and logistical data.

  • Completing all necessary regulatory and company documentation, such as official logbooks, delivery receipts, and compliance forms, in a timely and accurate manner.

• Customer & Brand Representation:

  • Serving as a professional representative of the company, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships at all delivery and pickup locations.

  • Upholding the company's professional image by ensuring the vehicle's cleanliness and overall presentation are maintained to a high standard.

• Safety & Maintenance:

  • Conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, accurately documenting and immediately reporting any required maintenance or mechanical issues.

  • Strictly adhering to all company safety protocols, road regulations, and the correct usage of mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Required Qualifications & Attributes

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and professional attributes:

• Licensing: Valid Heavy Combination (HC) Licence.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years verifiable experience operating HC vehicles.

• Certifications (Highly Desirable): Current Forklift Licence.

• Professional Skills: Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a proactive, absolute commitment to safety in all operational tasks.

• Interpersonal Abilities: Proven excellent communication and organisational skills, with a track record of effective record-keeping.

• Work Ethic: The proven ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously while seamlessly integrating and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Pre-Employment Medical: You will be required to participate in a pre-employment medical + drug and alcohol screening before your assignment and random testing during your assignment
