About the Role
We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Graphic Designer to support a prominent Government Body within their Strategic Finance division. This role is focused on the high-stakes production of a major corporate publication, requiring a specialist who thrives on detail and complex document architecture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collating and combining extensive budget information from various numerical and alphanumerical sources into a single, 350-page professional publication.
Key Responsibilities
- Large-Scale Document Production: Assemble and format a document of approximately 350 pages using Adobe InDesign.
- Data Integration: Expertly combine complex financial content and text from multiple sources into a professional, print-ready PDF.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict version control while managing sensitive financial information.
- Deadline Management: Work under tight timeframes to ensure the budget information is finalized for professional printing.
- Technical Execution: Ensure minimal graphical content is balanced with significant, high-accuracy text and numerical data.
Key Selection Criteria
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word are essential.
- Experience: Proven track record in producing large-scale print and digital publications, specifically government-style reports or annual documents.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to manage complex text and financial content with 100% accuracy.
- Equipment: You must possess your own PC and valid Adobe Creative Cloud software licenses.
- Qualifications: A formal qualification in Graphic Design is mandatory.
