Key Responsibilities:
Your primary role is to assist trades and site managers in ensuring the site runs efficiently, safely, and is kept clean. This includes:
Manual Handling: Moving, loading, and unloading building materials, tools, and equipment.
Site Preparation & Cleanup: Assisting with site establishment, sweeping, tidying, and managing waste disposal.
Support: Assisting qualified tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, plumbers, concreters) as required.
General Duties: Digging, shovelling, fetching, and operating basic non-powered hand tools.
Safety: Strictly adhering to all site Work Health and Safety (WHS) procedures.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for roles across Sydney, you must have:
Safety Card: A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) is mandatory.
Physical Fitness: A strong work ethic and the physical capacity to perform demanding manual labour for extended periods.
Reliability: Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliable transport to various job sites.
Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia.
Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and work well in a team environment.
[Optional]: A valid C-Class Driver's Licence is highly regarded.
