We are seeking a dedicated Gardener/Landscaper to maintain the beautiful grounds of a prestigious 25-acre facility located in North Turramurra. This is an ongoing role with a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the presentation of our residential villas and expansive communal gardens remains immaculate, contributing to a premium, peaceful living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Estate Maintenance: General upkeep including mowing, edging, blowing, and high-standard hedge trimming.

• Horticultural Care: Pruning, weeding, mulching, and planting to ensure seasonal vibrant displays.

• Detailing: Maintaining the "curb appeal" of individual residential villas and high-traffic communal areas.

• Equipment Care: Safe operation and basic maintenance of commercial-grade gardening machinery.

• Experience: Proven background in professional gardening or landscaping (high-end residential or commercial experience is a plus).
