• This isn’t just about moving boxes; it’s about being the backbone of our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for ensuring inventory flows smoothly from the back of a truck to the highest rack in the warehouse.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading & Unloading: Efficiently managing inbound and outbound shipments from trailers and containers.

  • Inventory Placement: Utilizing high-reach trucks to store and retrieve pallets in narrow aisles.

  • Safety First: Conducting daily equipment checks and adhering to strict site safety protocols.

  • Documentation: Verifying packing slips and ensuring load accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need more than just a basic license. We are specifically looking for candidates with the following highly desirable skills:

• Reach Truck Mastery: Proven experience operating stand-up or sit-down reach trucks in high-density racking environments.

• Twin Tyne (Double Pallet) Proficiency: Ability to operate double-fork attachments to move two pallets at once, maximizing efficiency without compromising safety.

• High-Level Racking Experience: Comfort and precision when placing loads at heights exceeding 8 meters.

• Cross-Docking Savvy: Expertise in rapid unloading and reloading to keep transit times at a minimum.

Requirements

• Valid Forklift License.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.

• Strong spatial awareness and a "safety-first" mindset.

• Physical ability to assist with manual handling when required.
