CFD Leadership: Apply 2D and 3D Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to solve complex industrial flow problems.
Project Scoping: Develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) for tendering, allowing the business to engage specialized external suppliers for large-scale projects.
Technical Evaluation: Support the procurement process by providing expert technical evaluations of tender submissions from external vendors.
Consultancy & Review: Act as a technical consultant for internal enquiries and perform rigorous reviews of technical reports provided by external suppliers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Fluid Modelling Expertise: Specialist knowledge in fluid modelling with a focus on gas and air systems.
Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in AFT Fathom (1D modelling).
Industrial CFD Experience: Significant hands-on industrial experience with 2D and 3D CFD modelling.
System Knowledge: Deep understanding of flue and gas exhaust systems, particularly those connected to baghouses or similar industrial air filters.
Documentation: Ability to write clear, concise Scopes of Work and review complex technical engineering reports.
