What You'll Be Doing: The Core of the Role
...- Providing financial guidance to operational teams.
- Project accounting
- WIP review on projects and developing a project by project outlook.
- Analysing revenue generation and monitoring bid pipelines for accurate forecasting.
- Ensuring accurate cost capture and providing sharp analysis.
- Championing process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to drive outcomes.
Your Essential Skills & Attributes
We're looking for a motivated and collaborative professional who can hit the ground running. You must possess:
Experience as a mid - senior finance professional, ideally within the Energy, Utilities, or a Project-based environment.
Demonstrated experience with a major ERP/SAP system is preferred
A naturally proactive, resilient, and autonomous working style.
The desire to look to improve things and embrace a challenge.
