Your Duties:
... - Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the accounting team with customer related information
- Participating in project improvements
- Follow up on account queries
About you:
- Experience with processing credits (essential)
- AR and AP experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
