Forklift License (Current): Proven experience in a fast-paced environment (High Reach or Counterbalance).
Physical Fitness: Ability to handle repetitive lifting and long periods on your feet.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot quality issues during the packing process.
Reliable Transport: Must be able to reach our location consistently.
Tractor Operations: Experience operating tractors for slashing, towing, or general field prep is a massive plus
