About the Role
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll work closely with employers and workers to support injury prevention,
recovery, and safe return to work outcomes.
You'll be involved in:
 Occupational Health Services
o Treatment and injury management
o Functional Capacity Assessments
o Drug & Alcohol testing
o Audiometry and Spirometry
 Injury Management & Consulting
o Return to Work services
o Worksite and ergonomic assessments
o Graduated Return to Work programs
o Randstad-exclusive health initiatives
 Workplace Solutions
o Job Dictionary development
o Fitness for Work and pre-employment assessments

Your role will combine health centrebased work at our Wayville, Morphett Vale and Elizabeth locations with mobile
onsite visits to private businesses, regional travel, and the flexibility to work from home. We support flexible working
arrangements to help you balance variety with autonomy.

About You
You're a motivated Exercise Physiologist who enjoys working independently while being part of a highperforming
team. You bring:
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Excellent organisation and attention to detail
 Confidence liaising with clients and explaining assessment outcomes
 A solid understanding of musculoskeletal injuries and functional recovery
 Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and case management systems
Qualifications & Requirements
 Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
 Current ESSA registration
 SA Driver's Licence
 First Aid & CPR certification
 Current clear police check
