Your New Role
We are looking for a creative Events Coordinator who thrives in a high-prestige, fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering seamless, world-class boat shows and exclusive activations for our luxury yacht owners.
Your Responsibilities:
... - Act as the primary point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming experience for all luxury yacht clients.
- Coordinate client communications for events, vessel deliveries, handovers, and service scheduling.
- Support sales and service teams with client follow-up, confirmations, and brand-consistent documentation.
- Plan and execute premium client events, including SCIBS, owner functions, and marina launches.
- Manage event logistics, timelines, invitations, catering, and on-site execution.
- Liaise with Head Office marketing to align local events and digital content with national brand campaigns.
- Track event budgets, provide post-event summaries, and manage supplier relationships.
- Update the WordPress website with local dealership content and distribute client newsletters.
- Prepare and issue service and parts invoices, ensuring accurate capture of labor and parts.
- Manage the annual service booking cycle and respond to client invoicing queries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for service, operations, and office administration.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management, sales, and service teams.
- Administer vessel and vehicle insurance documentation and achieve Club Marine accreditation.
- Reconcile operating and trust accounts in Xero, ensuring transactions are correctly coded and compliant.
- Support the rollout of the new 2026 Business Operations App.
- Prepare weekly batch payments in Xero with clear descriptions and supporting context.
- Compile weekly financial summaries for Head Office review, approval, and query resolution.
