We are seeking a high-energy Events and Partnerships Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This role is the driving force behind our industry activation's, helping to grow apprentice employment and membership through the seamless delivery of events and promotional campaigns.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will also provide vital support to our business partnerships, ensuring all corporate commitments, communications, and advertising are delivered with precision and on time. This position offers a dynamic environment and requires a level of flexibility to support events outside of standard business hours.
Event Management: Plan and execute a diverse calendar of events, including graduation ceremonies, industry awards, school career days, and corporate committee meetings.
Partnership Coordination: Act as a key liaison for business partners, managing advertising schedules and ensuring all partnership benefits are fulfilled.
Brand & Collateral: Coordinate the production of print and digital materials, event assets, and promotional stock in line with established brand guidelines.
Performance Tracking: Monitor event attendance, budget expenditure, and communication outcomes, providing comprehensive post-event reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments, external suppliers, and industry stakeholders to ensure high standards of presentation and delivery.
Experience: Demonstrated success in coordinating events, marketing campaigns, or high-volume promotional activities.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
Organisation: Strong time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Eventbrite, Canva, and content management systems (CMS) is highly desirable.
Education: Certificate III or above in Marketing or a related field (a Degree is preferred).
Requirements: A proactive, positive approach, a current Driver’s Licence, and a commitment to professional excellence.
