Are you an experienced SAP leader ready to drive the functional strategy for critical People Service applications, including Payroll, HR, and EH&S? We are seeking an ERP Principal Specialist to lead an end-to-end functional capability. This is a highly strategic role that involves guiding major projects like the S4/HANA implementation, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and leading a high-performing team of internal and external consultants.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the end-to-end functional capability for People Service Applications, focusing on SAP Success Factors, S4 Payroll, ECC6 HR, and ECC6 Payroll Systems.
• Develop the functional strategy and roadmaps for HR, Payroll, and EH&S, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
• Provide strategic guidance, solution assurance, and business partnership to major initiatives like the S4/Hana Project.
• Manage relationships with senior business stakeholders and lead a team of internal functional consultants and external service providers.
• Oversee key deliverables, including scoping new initiatives, managing reporting/integration solutions, and defining/accepting solution testing.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated senior leadership and technical expertise in SAP ECC, Success Factors, and S/4 HANA environments (functional consulting or solution architecture).
• Significant experience successfully managing SAP functional teams, implementing industry frameworks (e.g., SAP Activate), and providing functional analysis/configuration.
• Demonstrated specialist experience in SAP HCM sub-modules (Payroll, Time Management, PA, OM, People Analytics/MSS, SuccessFactors) and detailed knowledge of employee lifecycle/payroll processes.
• Demonstrated specialist experience in Master Data Governance, covering areas like Data Ownership, Data Standards, Quality, Lifecycle Management, and Security.
• Exceptional skills in engaging, influencing, and managing stakeholders, understanding how others think and act to smoothly deliver outcomes.
