Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person, to prospective and current students and their families.
• Assist efficiently with student enrollment processes, including handling applications, verifying documents, and guiding families through required procedures.
• Perform essential administrative tasks such as data entry, CRM updates, and generating reports to support enrollment and admissions processes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions for new students.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the education or customer service sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing records and documentation.
• Experience with student management or CRM systems is highly regarded.
