Our client is a global brand in the lift and elevator industry that is well positioned for ongoing construction projects. Due to recent internal promotions, we are now seeking a qualified Electrician to join their NSW projects division on a Permanent 12-month fixed-term Contract.
While this role begins as a 12-month contract, there is a strong possibility of transitioning into a full-time permanent position upon completion.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering new installations and remediation works across NSW including Newcastle, Central Coast, Regional NSW and Mid North Coast.

What’s Involved?
... - Installs and decommissioning across various construction sites
- While you are an Electrician, approximately 80% of the role is mechanical focused
- Typically working on 5-week projects for 4-floor builds.
- Working in small, efficient teams (from 2 people up to larger groups on major projects).
- Day Shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday + Some OT
- Notice: Projects are rostered with 1–2 weeks' notice, allowing for work-life planning.
- Overtime: Project-dependent; while weekends are rare, some 6-day weeks or night shifts may occur.
- Balance: One Monthly RDO included.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Electrician + Electrical License.
- Elevator Industry Experience - Highly regarded but not essential.
- Travel Ready: A valid driver’s license and a willingness to work away from home
- Self-Starters: Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a project team.
- Safety First: A genuine, rigorous commitment to safety protocols.

What we can offer you:
- $60 / hour + Entitlements + Super.
- Allowances: $2/hr site allowance + $40–$50 per day travel allowance.
- Living Away from Home: $250/day (own booking) or $100/day (company booked) accommodation allowance + 59c per KM.
