• Support the Director, Classifications with the classification development work program, including developing and refining activity-based funding classifications and managing procurements and contracts.

• Develop jurisdictional, Pricing Authority, advisory committee, and working group papers and correspondence within set timeframes

• Establish and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Liaise with internal and external agencies and facilitate cross-agency planning of program delivery.
• Perform independent research and analysis, including preparing draft reports on program activities or project milestones.
• Manage programs/projects through to implementation with direction from senior staff
• Provide expertise and technical knowledge in specialist areas.
• Contribute to team objectives and strategic planning
• Set priorities, maintain team cohesion, and ensure the quality of outputs.
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of IHACPA's role and functions and how they relate to the work area.
• Monitor changes in the broader work environment that may impact objectives.
• Work with independence against established priorities, practices, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes.
• Make decisions using good judgement, expertise, and knowledge, with direction from more senior staff.
• Manage relationships and anticipate/respond to stakeholder needs to achieve goals.
• Develop and support complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Qualifications in health policy or project management, including health information management or similar fields, would be highly regarded but are not essential
