Your Impact

As the ECT, you will be the heartbeat of the classroom. Your day-to-day will involve:

What We Are Looking For

To be successful for this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent).

• Current WWCC and relevant state registrations.

• A strong, demonstrable understanding of the EYLF and NQS.

• A "hands-on" approach to learning—you aren't afraid to get messy in the name of discovery!

• A nurturing, professional communication style.
