- Drive the executive compensation agenda, manage the Rem Co, and deliver decision-focused materials to the CEOs, CFO, and Board in alignment with ASX requirements.
- Lead the strategy and design of sophisticated variable reward programs globally, including equity, co-investment, and specialised carry structures.
- Execute the end-to-end annual remuneration review, partnering tightly with Finance to ensure outcomes are commercially viable and aligned with corporate budgets.
- Optimise and digitise the existing remuneration framework, improving data systems, controls, and processes to support a scalable global footprint.
- Govern group-wide job architecture, leverage data analytics for strategic decision-making and embed pay equity principles.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing reward team.
We are looking for an experienced Remuneration leader from an ASX-listed or complex global financial services environment who possesses the executive presence and gravitas to confidently advise and challenge the C-suite and Board.
