Key Responsibilities:
Inspire & Lead: Mentor, motivate, and unite a large team of educators with an enthusiastic, supportive, and collaborative leadership style.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations and commercial success of a large, high-performing center.

To be successful in this role, you must be a compliance-focused professional who genuinely loves developing people and thriving in a bustling, large-scale service.
Essential Criteria:
Qualifications: Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent/higher qualification).
Leadership Experience: Proven track record managing a large ELC with exceptional team-building and "people manager" skills.
Compliance Savvy: Sound operational knowledge of NQF, EYLF, and assessment and rating processes.
Legal Requirements: Full, unrestricted Australian work rights.

References: Minimum of 2 professional, contactable references from recent employers.
A Premium Environment: Work in a highly resourced, modern facility with a massive emphasis on nature-based outdoor spaces.
Strategic Location: Easy commute, situated within 30 minutes of the key South/East metropolitan corridor.
Supportive Culture: Join an organization that values your leadership, encourages autonomy, and actively supports your professional growth.
Attractive Remuneration: A highly competitive salary package reflective of your experience and the size of the center.
