The Opportunity
Our client is a global, independent powerhouse in construction consultancy. While they have a legacy of working on the world’s most iconic landmarks, they are now looking toward the future.
We are seeking a Digital Lead / BIM Manager for a newly created strategic role. This isn't a "back-office" modelling job; it is a leadership position designed to sit at the intersection of Architecture, Construction, and Data Science. Your mission is to harness BIM, Digital Twins, and AI to redefine how cost and value are measured in the built environment.
The Role
As the Digital Lead, you will be the visionary responsible for integrating digital workflows into the core of the business. You will act as the "Digital Translator" between external project partners and the internal consultancy teams.
Strategic Integration: Develop and implement a roadmap to utilise BIM and Digital Modelling to automate and enhance the accuracy of Quantity Surveying (QS) and Cost Management.
Stakeholder Influence: Liaise directly with Tier-1 Architects and Head Contractors to ensure digital models are optimised for "5D" (Cost) and "6D" (Sustainability) outcomes.
AI & Automation: Lead the charge in adopting AI-driven tools to extract data from models, significantly reducing manual takeoff time and eliminating human error.
Team Upskilling: Act as the internal champion for digital literacy, mentoring staff on how to leverage digital tools to provide higher-value advice to clients.

The Qualifications
We are looking for a digital pioneer who understands the "bones" of a building and the power of data.
Technical Foundation: A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Digital Engineering.
BIM Expertise: Mastery of ISO 19650 standards and deep experience with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Construction Cloud.
Future-Tech Fluency: A proven interest or experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics as applied to construction data extraction.
Industry Experience: 8–10+ years within a design firm, head contractor, or consultancy, with a clear track record of implementing digital workflows.
Communication: The ability to explain complex digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Who You Are
The Digital Architect: You understand how a building is designed but are frustrated by how data is "lost" during the cost-planning phase.
The Tech-Forward Builder: You’ve seen BIM work on-site and know how to use those models to drive massive efficiency gains.
The Innovator: You are likely bored with "standard" BIM coordination and want to lead a firm into the era of AI-driven consultancy.
Why Apply?
Blank Canvas: This is a newly created role. You have the autonomy to shape the digital strategy of a global leader.
Global Network: Collaborate with digital leads across 36 countries to share best practices and global innovation.
Impact: Your work will directly improve the accuracy and speed of billion-dollar project deliveries.
