Your New Role
As the new Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll help grow the business by managing enquiries and providing accurate quotes.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound phone and email enquiries with a professional, helpful attitude.
- Finding opportunities to upsell and suggest better product solutions on inbound calls.
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, and talking to clients about our products.
- Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and keeping customer records updated.
- Keeping customers happy by giving them clear updates on their orders and deliveries.
- Helping the office run smoothly with general support and coordination.

About You
- You have some experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a similar role.
- You might have experience in a more technical role, for e.g. plumbing, electrical, or any trade
