- Role Type: Full time and Part Time available (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond to multifaceted enquiries and resolve escalated complaints across multiple interaction channels, keeping the customer at the center of everything you do.
- Information & Advice: Provide timely, accurate, and high-quality advice regarding services and products to build customer capability.
- Administration & Records Management: Update, maintain, and secure records and databases in strict compliance with privacy requirements, legislative obligations, and organisational processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to workplace efficiency by sharing new ideas and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience: 2–3 years of customer service experience (Call Centre, Admin, or Retail). Previous experience in an office environment is required.
- Government Sector: Previous government experience is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
- Resilience & Professionalism: Proven ability to remain calm, focused, and professional when handling challenging customer behaviours and complex enquiries.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen, speak in plain English, and explain technical information clearly.
- Technical Aptitude: Intermediate computer skills (proficient with MS Office, specifically Outlook and Teams). Experience working with digital channels, databases, and information systems with an ability to adapt to new technologies.
Training Requirements
To set you up for success, a comprehensive training program is provided. This program is delivered over two distinct sessions, each spanning five consecutive days. You must be willing and able to travel to a specialised training facility in either Coffs Harbour or Penrith, NSW, during these periods to fulfil training requirements.
