This well established wealth management and investment company is known for supporting the delivery of positive investment outcomes for their clients and producing strong returns across relevant time periods.
Due to a transition and merger, their Investment Operations team is looking for a Client Service Manager to join their Melbourne office and look after their wholesale client base
About the role
In this Client Service Manager role, you will be working closely with Advice Consultants and supporting them with all client related matters. Your responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to, running the implementation of assets, assisting wholesale clients with technical matters, handling the fee structure implementation, as well as being the point of contact between all stakeholders, including internal consultants, custody and registry team.

- Experience working in a client service role in wealth management, superannuation or fund management
- Outstanding communication skills and confidence talking to clients
- Strong time management skills
- Understanding of the investment industry
- Tertiary degree is preferred
