Your Impact

• Assess & Decide: Review and manually assess a broad range of residential credit applications.

• Problem Solve: Identify solutions to business challenges and provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate: Work within a friendly, supportive team where ideas are valued regardless of your tenure.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in credit assessment (residential lending/home loans knowledge is highly desirable).

• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written skills with a client-centric approach.

• Mindset: A strong problem-solving engine and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
