The Role
Are you a seasoned Crusher looking to step into the "brain center" of the operation? We are seeking a reliable Control Room Operator to lead the daily operations of our concrete crushing plant in Nudgee Beach.
This isn't just a desk job—you’ll be the pilot of the plant, managing the flow, optimizing the crush and screen process, and ensuring peak productivity. When you aren't at the screens, you’ll have the opportunity to jump on machines and assist with critical maintenance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plant Command: Overseeing and controlling the entire crushing and screening operation via the control room.
Quality Control: Monitoring feed rates and product output to ensure high-grade recycled concrete.
Mechanical Support: Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Machine Operation: Stepping out of the box to operate mobile plant equipment as required.
Safety Leadership: Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient site.
