About the Role

We are seeking a Contracts Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and system support across a busy contracts function. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help maintain accurate records and ensure smooth processing of contract-related documentation and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the contracts register, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support contracts administration, including preparing and processing minor variations.
• Manage Oracle and Basware tasks, including raising and receipting Purchase Orders and handling invoices.
• Assist with general contract enquiries and provide timely support to team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficient workflow management.

About You

You will bring:

• Previous experience in contract administration or procurement support.
• SA Government experience highly regarded
• Confidence using financial or procurement systems (Oracle/Basware highly regarded).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to start ASAP.
