Randstad is currently working with a high profile SA client. Due to growth and the continuous drive to deliver outcomes and projects for the people of South Australia, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator for a permanent role
This is a role where you will be able to achieve outcomes on projects that truly add value. You will work alongside experienced industry professionals.
Key responsibilities:
Tender administration including preparation, issue, evaluation, recommendation and award
Review and management of commercial issues throughout the tender process and supplier negotiation/management
Instigate and sustain mutually be beneficial stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with project managers, procurement and finance
Assist procurement with sourcing, approach to market and negotiation
Ensure suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders are adhering to high levels of delivery and probity
The successful applicant will require:
Tertiary qualifications in business or related field beneficial but not essential
Minimum 2 years’ experience in post tender contract administration, and ongoing contracts and supplier relationship management from either legal or procurement background
Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to provide guidance to stakeholders
Negotiation abilities and track record of working collaboratively to achieve successful project delivery
You must be located in Adelaide
