Above award rates and generous allowances (commensurate with experience and skill set).
Consistent work across a diverse range of large-scale projects.
A supportive and professional team environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
Expert ability to screed and finish concrete to a high standard.
Proficiency in operating a power trowel machine (walk-behind and/or ride-on).
Strong technical ability to establish levels and measurements from working drawings, surveyor's marks, and TBM's / RL's (Reduced Levels).
Good general working knowledge of formwork principles and construction.
Excellent for Qualified Carpenters looking to transition!
Competence in using various power tools essential to the trade.
An MR Truck Licence is a benefit, but not essential.
Note: Positions may also be open to highly experienced labourers with demonstrable skills in concrete finishing.
All applicants must meet the following criteria:
Hold a current Driver's Licence and have your own reliable transport.
Possess a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail.
Be reliable and punctual for all shifts.
Hold a general construction industry induction card (e.g., White Card or equivalent state/territory requirement).
Be a proactive and reliable team player.
