Commercial Specialist
We are partnering with a key ASX listed company in the search for a commercial specialist to cover multiple, significant projects. We are actively seeking experienced commercial and contract professionals for a permanent opportunity.
You will have strategic oversight to ensure compliance, performance, and most importantly commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
The role will involve:
- End-to-end contract lifecycle management of key partners including drafting, negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, variations, and close-out
- Legal & contractual compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant legal frameworks, governance standards, and policies
- Commercial risk mitigation by proactively managing potential disputes, breaches, and complex contractual issues
- Acting as a key commercial interface to the business and a trusted partner to project teams and executives
- Contributing to contract management strategy, performance reporting, and continuous process improvement
About You
- Significant experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, or similar role within a services context, providing a strong foundation for managing complex contracts
- Demonstrated ability to and negotiate favourable commercial outcomes
- Superior communication, negotiation, dispute resolution, and stakeholder management skills
