This is a specialised field-based role where you will be the primary technical point of contact for coffee machines.
Key Responsibilities
- On-site Technical Support: Perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on premium coffee machines.
- Diagnostics: Troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical faults to ensure high "first-time fix" rates.
- Independence: A self-starter who is comfortable working solo or with apartner and managing a mobile schedule.
- Client Interaction: Represent both the service provider and the coffee brand with professional, high-touch customer service.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in field service, appliance repair, or a mechanical/electrical trade.
- The ability to work autonomously and manage a mobile service schedule.
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks.
- A current Australian Driver’s License (Mandatory).
