We are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to support a dedicated account for an iconic global coffee brand. This is a field-based role covering the Perth suburban area, where you will be a technical expert for a various coffee machine models.

The Role
This is a multifaceted position that combines technical troubleshooting with customer service. Your day-to-day will involve:
Maintenance & Repair: Performing on-site preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
Diagnostics: Identifying and resolving machine faults.
Client Support: Acting as a technical support to ensure equipment is performing at its peak.
What we are looking for:
Technical Background: Previous experience in field service, appliance repair, or a mechanical/electrical trade.
Independence: A self-starter who is comfortable working solo and managing a mobile schedule.
Communication: A professional demeanor and the ability to represent a premium brand.
Requirements: * A current Australian Driver’s License (Mandatory).
