Key Responsibilities
Performing general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and emptying rubbish bins.
Cleaning and sanitizing amenities, kitchens, and common areas to a high standard.
Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
Adhering to site-specific cleaning schedules and health and safety guidelines.
Handling chemicals and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience in professional cleaning (commercial, office, or industrial cleaning highly preferred).
A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality results.
Physical fitness and the ability to stand, bend, and lift necessary equipment.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport (to travel between multiple sites).
Highly Desirable:
Police Check/National Criminal History Record Check (or willingness to obtain one).
Experience with specialized cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, high-pressure washers).
Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) or similar safety protocols regarding cleaning chemicals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some early mornings or evenings if required by the sites.
