White Card: Current General Construction Induction.
License: Valid Manual Driver’s License (MR/HR highly regarded).
Experience: Proven background in civil construction, concreting, or bridge maintenance.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "safety-first" mindset.

What We Need

Versatility: Ability to pivot from fine timber work to heavy civil labouring and debris removal.
Skills: Proficiency in formwork, kerb/channeling, and installing stormwater culverts.
Maintenance Savvy: Experience repairing roadside assets, bridges, and foreshore structures.
Teamwork: A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a small, mobile crew.
