As the Children's Services Director, you will be the driving force behind our reputable NFP service. You will champion educational excellence, mentor a passionate team of educators, and ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of our centre and funded kinder program.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level pedagogical leadership and operational management.
Maintain excellent compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with families, children, and the local community.
Oversee the delivery of our funded Kindergarten program to ensure optimal school readiness.
We are seeking an inspiring leader who is ready to hit the ground running. To be successful, you must have:
Qualifications: A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or above / ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Experience: Proven track record as an Early Years Manager, Centre Director, or similar leadership role.
Compliance: All valid compliance documents (or the ability to obtain them swiftly upon arrival), including a Working with Children Check, Mandatory reporting, Police Check, and current First Aid/CPR/Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates and two references.
Skills: Deep knowledge of the NQF, excellent communication skills, and a genuine heart for the Not-For-Profit sector.
