Employment Status: Casual with the chance of fixed term / permanent for the right person
Hours: Monday - Friday - 38hr per week.

The team: This is a rare opportunity to join a project at its very beginning, work within a small successful team and lead change within the Public Sector
The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will help lead the development and implementation of integrated change management strategies and frameworks. You will be a highly credible partner to senior leaders, ensuring effective sponsorship and visibility throughout the change lifecycle.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Designing and delivering a change management framework that supports large-scale organizational objectives.
- Project Oversight: Managing the delivery of multiple concurrent change initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and timelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building change capability across the organization and leading communication, engagement, and training plans to drive genuine adoption.
- Risk & Readiness: Identifying change impacts and readiness across a diverse workforce to minimize business impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitoring change effectiveness and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
About You
We are seeking a candidate who balances strategic thinking with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach. Who can demonstarte the below:
- Change Expertise: Proven experience in developing and leading organizational change management initiatives, particularly system-wide change.
- Public Sector Savvy (advantage - not required): A strong understanding of operating within a public sector context, adhering to values of professional integrity and accountability.
- Project Integration: The ability to apply project management methodologies and tools to monitor progress and manage risks.
- Influence & Credibility: Exceptional skills in communicating and influencing at the executive level to align stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
