Operating Model Design: Assist in defining the future state for the MyFinance Systems team, including post-go-live capability and training requirements.
About You
You are a seasoned change professional with a foot in both the ICT and Finance camps. You understand the complexities of a financial system rollout and possess the "soft skills" to navigate diverse stakeholder needs.
Essential Criteria:
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience leading change management and operational readiness for complex ICT or Finance system implementations.
