Tasks
As a Certificate III or Diploma Educator, your key responsibilities will include:
Providing high-quality care and education, ensuring children feel safe, secure, and supported.
Contributing to the planning and implementation of stimulating, child-led educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
Upholding the centre philosophy, ensuring the environment remains a safe, friendly, and reflective extension of family-owned values.
Creating inclusive environments that empower children to express their unique identity and build meaningful friendships.
Building strong, positive, and open relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators.
Maintaining excellent health, safety, and compliance standards within your room.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:
Approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved), or actively studying towards one.
Valid Blue Card (Paid/Current).
Mandatory Child Safety Training (Geccko).
Good understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available).
