Are you an experienced leader with a passion for the Reggio Emilia philosophy? We are seeking a dedicated Centre Director to lead a stunning, well-established 92-place service in Aveley. Featuring 6 modern rooms and 3 expansive outdoor play areas, this service is designed to spark imagination and discovery.

...Full-time Curriculum Leader (Educational Leader)
Part-time Family Advocate to assist with enrolments and queries
Weekly guidance from a dedicated Area Manager
Continuous professional development and leadership coaching

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care.
12–18 months in a similar leadership role (Centre Director or Assistant Director).
Valid WWCC and Current First Aid.
Completion of Geccko child safety training.
Deep knowledge of the EYLF and NQS with a proven ability to mentor a diverse team of educators and support staff.
