Reclaim Your Fridays: Say goodbye to the weekend rush. This is a permanent 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 36 hours total).

The Perfect Balance: Enjoy a healthy mix of "on-the-floor" engagement and 10–12 hours of dedicated admin/non-contact time per week.

Qualifications: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher).
Compliance: A valid WA Working with Children Check (WWCC) and unrestricted Australian work rights.
Health & Safety: Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
Certifications: Completed Mandatory Reporting and Food Safety training.
Mindset: A passion for rural education and the ability to manage both the "heart" and the "business" of a small centre.
